Upcoming Events - Annual General Meeting
Annual General Meeting – This is an advance notice that the Phoenix Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday January 26, 2008 after the long run. This will be an opportunity to review the past year’s activities, discuss and approve the Club’s by laws (a draft of which will be circulated prior to the meeting), plan for 2008 and elect a coordinating committee.
