Upcoming Events - 2007 - Phoenix Christmas Party


The Phoenix Christmas Party will be held on Saturday December 15, 2007 beginning at 6:30 PM.  The party will be held at the same location as last year, St. Barnabas Church in Pierrefonds  (see below for directions)

Like last year the dinner will be potluck.  We will have a sign up list at all of the group runs beginning Monday November 26th. If you are not able to be at the runs please let me know how many will be coming and what dish you will be able to bring.  As we begin to get an idea as to what people will be bringing we can suggest items that may be missing.

The Hall has a kitchen available if items need to be heated.

We also need volunteers for set up/decorating and for cleanup.  So if you are able to come early or stay late please let me know as well.

If you have other ideas as to how to make this event a real Phoenix Blow Out let me know and it will be passed to the organizers.

Getting There

St Barnabas is near the corner of Sources and Pierrefonds Blvds. You can take either Autoroute 20 or 40, depending on where you are coming from. From Autoroute 20, take exit 53, Blvd des Sources, north. From Autoroute 40, take exit 55, Blvd des Sources, north. Continue about 3.5 km north of Autoroute 40 on des Sources to Pierrefonds Blvd. Go left on Pierrefonds Blvd and go about 0.75 km to Westpark. Turn left on Westpark, then take the first left on Colin. The Church is on your left.
