Phoenix Runners - Montreal

Who are we?
We have a new Gallery that is in the process of being updated with archived pictures the old galleries will remain up for the time being as an archive until all the photos have been relocated.

Our members range from students in their early 20’s to retirees. Some have run 30 marathons; some are working on their first one; some are fast and some are not so…all are there for the pure enjoyment of running with a group and having fun…on every run!

Where are we located?
Our training locations vary by season but all are in the West Island area of Montreal:
Monday - Guy Alepin Arena – Ile Bizard – 19h00
Wednesday - Guy Alepin Arena – Ile Bizard – 19h00
Saturday – Guy Alepin Arena –Ile Bizard –8h30

Who are you?
Maybe you started running a little while back, have competed in some events and are now looking for a group to train and race with year round where you can benefit from the experiences of others. or, you’re a seasoned old pro looking to run in a relaxed atmosphere where you can still be challenged and help mentor other runners.
